Refund Policy

REFUND POLICY
We are proud of our TMAA products & services and want you to be perfectly satisfied with your purchase. If the membership you sign up for is not available either through cancellation or failure of suitable instructors being present on the specified time and date of the class, we will refund the full value of the missed class.
When the membership dictates that clsses are to be offered on an ongoing bases (for example per school term), the refund amount will be on a pro rata equivalent to the number of classes which were not offered.
If an event/workshop/seminar "Event" you sign up for is not available either through cancellation or failure of suitable instructors being present on the specified time and date of the Event, we will refund the full value of the missed Event. 
 
Requests for a refund need to be received by TMAA within 10 days of the membership/event not being available for the purchaser to attend.
Refunds will be executed via the DPS payment system, and will be credited to the card used for payment, or in cash, or in the form of a coupon credit to be exchanged at TMAA, as requested by the purchaser.
Should the purchaser not be able to attend classes which make up a membership, or an event due to injury or other extenuating circumstances TMAA may choose to, but are not obligated to reimburse the purchaser for unused attendances by way of coupon to be redeemd at a later date at TMAA; the decision to offer a credit is entirely at the discretion of TMAA.
Any coupon credits provided to a purchaser must be redeemd with in 6 months from the date of issue.

CHANGES AFTER MEMBERSHIP/EVENT SUBMITTED
Due to site’s quick processing of orders, we are UNABLE to make changes after you have placed your order. Please be certain of your choices BEFORE placing your order online. If you've made an error, please contact TMAA within 24 hours at info@tmaa.co.nz and a full refund will be provided.
